I am in high school right now and I just know FIDM is the college for me. My problem is that I don't know how to sew, design, or even draw. Will FIDM accept me?

Relax! You don't need to know tons about design or drawing or fashion sketching or anything like that to get into FIDM. We teach you everything you need to know about fashion design and the fashion business. If you are accepted to the college, it is your first responsibility to show up eager to learn! In fact, FIDM even provides you with all your books and materials so that you are totally ready from the very first day of classes to soak up what the instructors teach you. Many of FIDM's beginning students come straight from high school just like you, and our faculty knows this. They don't expect you to be an expert—just enthusiastic!

In the meantime, take some fashion and art classes in high school. This will expose you to some of the subjects that you will explore further at FIDM.
