Mark Your Calendars for the 2009
“3 Days of Fashion!”

If you missed this year's "3 Days of Fashion" don't worry, we're already planning for next year's event when again there will be fabulous workshops and guest speakers for Fashion, Interior Design, Jewelry Design, and Entertainment.

The awesome FIDM instructor-led workshops offered at this year's "3 Days of Fashion" gave students the opportunity to put their creative talents to work with hands-on experience in all the workshops.

Some of the workshops offered this year were:

From Concept to Consumer where students were given a theme and designed their own concept boards consisting of gorgeous fabric swatches, trendy magazine pages and other tools to draw their inspiration from; Textile Knitting in which students learned the exciting art of knitting and created fabulous scarves to take home with them; and even Jewelry Design where students created their own necklaces using beads, rocks, and other stunning crafty materials! Students even had the chance to get the inside scoop on the fashion industry from the Star of Project Runway, FIDM Grad & FIDM Instructor Nick Verreos!
